In line with the theme, Kesari organized a special day’s outing for the special students of National Association for the blind (NAB). On 23rd July, 2011, a group of 200 students from the National Association for the blind was escorted by the efficient staff of Kesari’s Art and Culture foundation to the famous Essel World  in Mumbai. National Association for the blind is an organization of repute dedicated solely to the welfare of the blind section of the society. Every passing year has been a forward leap in the organization’s reach and welfare provisions made for the blind.

The fun-filled trip to Essel World was completely enjoyed by the students of NAB who held beautiful smiles on their faces throughout the entire day.  Splashing water and thrilling water rides marked the day with excitement. The young students could express their enthusiasm through expressions that spoke a lot! The day will always be remembered by the Kesari Group not only because of all the fun we had but also due to the smiles of joy and laughter of happiness we could bring to the lives of innocent students of the National Association for the blind.

An Evening About Journeys, Life And Music For The Soul In Kolhapur

The fabulous duo of Dr. Salil Kulkarni and Sandeep Khare will be performing their magnum opus, “Ayushavar Bolu Kahi” at the ‘Daily Pudhari’-organized musical concert. The song, which loosely translates to “Let’s talk about life” has been performed at over 700 stage shows across the globe, and will be the main attraction at the ‘Kesari Sobat Ayushavar Bolu Kahi’ concert.

The music concert is scheduled to be held on the 20th of July, at the Keshvrao Bhosale Auditorium, Kolhapur, at 9 in the evening. The world acclaimed duo of Dr. Salil Kulkarni and Sandeep Khare will be performing the song that shot them to fame amongst others, along with their talented team.

While Sandeep Khare, renowned Marathi poet, songwriter and singer, is the heart behind the words, Dr. Salil Kulkarni, the popular Marathi author, music composer and singer, is the soul behind the music. Together, they will bring alive an evening sprinkled with thought-provoking lyrics, wrapped in soul-touching music, talking about the essence of life at this Kesari Tours and Travels sponsored event.
